Herb Williams is an american artist, well knwon by his stunning sculptures made out of crayons. From an early age he worked in construction, which gave him a deep understanding of form and materials. He graduated from college receiving a BFA in sculpture. Although the artist works with many different mediums and materials, Herb is one of the few individuals in the world who creates original sculptures out of individual wax crayons that may require as many as hundreds of thousands.
His sculptures have been placed in public arenas, such as children’s hospitals, corporate lobbies, museum walls, and the White House.
